Subject: [SAAPRS] Rally SA this weekend

This weekend (26-27 July) WICEN will be supporting Rally SA once again. This
year the scoring and tracking information will be sent by field stations on
145.175 via the APRS network using APRS messaging.

On friday 25 July some large changes will take place with the configuration
of the network allowing for smooth flow of traffic on the weekend.

Mobile tracking will not work and the standard WIDE2-2 as well as the local
Zone alias will be disabled. The Igate will also be modified . WICEN and
Rally SA appreaciate the cooperation of all operators particularly in the
metro area.

The network will return to normal on sunday night.
