[SAAPRS] Rally of SA APRS activity

Next weekend 19 and 20th of August the Rally of SA will be held in the Mt
Crawford Forest again. WICEN is providing coms and APRS tracking.

The Igate on 145.175 will be modified so that national APRS traffic isnt
propagating over the Network. However the local activity will still be gated
onto the Internet feed.

Some of you may have allready noticed the vehicals driving about using
tactical callsigns on 145.175. As many as 10 officials cars are fitted with
trackers. These are FIV1-FIV7 also 00 car , CSO and TC

TC is Assistant clerk of course
CSO is Cheif safety officer

APRS messaging will be on a separate network of digis on 145.200 leaving
145.175 free for the locals and Officials cars to be tracked.
